A double strand of freshwater pearls is a timeless and classy creation – however the multiple colors and unusual shape of the pearls as well as the addition of diamond-white Topaz faceted coins gives this piece a modern edge for a fresh new look. I’ve also added rich bordeaux colored genuine Swarovski pearls as accents to the bottom strand as well as tiny microfaceted Hematite (gunmental) accent beads alongside every white Topaz coin to make them stand out – and the sparkly combination of the topaz and hematite beads really do jump out of the necklace! The total length of the necklace is 21 inches with a 2 inch extender chain. The inside strand is 18 inches. Each gem bead and pearl is individually wrapped to make a hand-made chain which meets a 3.7 mm diamond-shaped textured sterling silver chain at the halfway point. At the end of the extender chain I have attached an additional freshwater nugget pearl for just a bit of color and movement on your back. This lovely and romantic piece is modern and vintage at the same time. Colorful unique and lovingly handcrafted this trendy version of a classic style is something everyone can appreciate.
